About the trade mark
TM "Vladivsky Kurchata" is our brand of meat products cooked on the grill. Incredibly tasty, delicate and juicy meat is a result of German marinating technology and professionalism of our cooks. In the best traditions of German cuisine our employees grill chicken, pork, duck and a variety of sausages.
The production process begins with the selection of products of the best quality and optimal size, suitable for grilling. Then the products are marinated. Marinating is performed in special equipment, using spices selected by our chief technologist. Further, marinated products are at the disposal of a cook in one of our sales outlets. Here it is grilled precisely at the temperature and for the amount of time required for the preparation of each type of meat.
